⦁ 5 cups water (1 liter)
⦁ 1 meat bouillon or meat stock (optional)

⦁ 2 tablespoons tomato paste
⦁ 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
⦁ 1 cup (200 ml) water
⦁ 1 teaspoon dried mint
⦁ 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
⦁ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

1. Sauté Aromatics: In a medium pot, heat butter and vegetable oil. Add onions and garlic, sautéing until they turn translucent.

2. Cook the Grains: Wash and drain lentils, bulgur, and rice. Add to the pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
